About Us

Rameses has project managed the reinstatement of approximately 3,500 seriously damaged properties throughout England and Wales over a period of 15 years, mostly in the range of £20,000 – £350,000.

Rameses is a dedicated surveying and construction project management organisation, providing building surveying, reinstatement validation and project management advice. However, a primary function of project management excellence is the attitude and aptitude within the delivery team and Rameses reputation is significantly built around the capabilities of both its own staff and its management of a several key specialist trade contractors.

The Rameses senior management and specialist trades originate from a commercial background, having completed the construction and refurbishment of several bank properties, government buildings and five star hotels in London and Birmingham. Entering the insurance reinstatement market from a complex, high quality project managed environment, Rameses found an immediate enthusiasm amongst insurers, brokers and loss adjusters for this high level of service.

Rameses has a reputation for its commitment to strategic constructional alliance partnerships. Insurers will typically do business with their suppliers in isolation with procurement and supplier relationship managers focussing on relationship management by data analysis and risk & reward schemes. Strategic alliances, however, provide far greater competitive advantage for the insurer and provide a real compromise between businesses working in isolation and full mutual partnership. Strategic alliances require enhanced cooperation and a high level of trust and commitment.
